Mary Ann Justice was born on February 26, 1834 on the Justice farm in Jackson County. She was the sixth child of Allen and Susan Justice.

She survived most of her siblings and died at age 63 on October 10, 1907.

She did not marry. Currently there is no other information about Mary’s life.

Her brother John Gillam Justice, the head of the household when she died, interred her in the Justice cemetery and placed a marker with her name and a family monogram.
