Justice Unforgotten Inc is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, cultural, and historic purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our Purposes

In particular, the purposes of Justice Unforgotten Inc include:

• The preservation, maintenance, and respectful restoration of the historic Justice Cemetery, located in Jackson County, Georgia.

• The documentation and interpretation of the cemetery’s historic, cultural, and religious significance — including the acknowledgment of those interred without names or markers.

• The promotion of community reconciliation and understanding through education, public access, and commemorative activities.

• The provision of educational programs and community engagement projects related to local history and cultural heritage.

• The development of the cemetery grounds into a community park - a contemplative space that honors the memory of all persons buried there.
